With each claim report, the portal informs the garage of the identity of the claim, the amount of the deductible and the details of the insurance coverage (any risk / Third Party) corresponding to the claim.
The repair estimate is recorded by the Garage in the Portal.
The Back Office monitors the disaster via a notification system and sends reminders if delays or repair problems occur.
Once the repairs are completed, the Garage records the repair invoice and deposits it in the Portal database.
Invoices for towing and car replacement costs are also recorded in the portal's database.
The Portal informs the Garage of the progress of each step through its notification system.
Garages and experts have real-time access to the details of the reported loss.
